Privacy notice

Last updated October 14, 2026

In short: to sign a board we only need your state or country. Your name, city and a short note are optional, and if you add them they are shown on that venue's board and lobby screen. We never ask visitors for an email address or phone number, we do not track your location, and we do not sell anything you share.

Who we are

Digital Pin Board is a product of WilWell Technologies. Venues such as visitor centers, museums and tourism bureaus use it to run a visitor guestbook on a TV in their lobby.

When you sign a board

Who can see your entry

A public entry appears on that venue's board page and on its lobby screen, and anyone with the board's link can see it. The venue's totals (visitors, today's count, states and countries) include every visit, public or counted only.

Names and notes pass an automatic word filter before they are shown. Anything flagged is saved as a counted visit with no name or note.

Removing an entry

To have an entry hidden or removed, send us a message through the contact form with the board and the name or note. We can take an entry off the board and the lobby screen right away.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email and message, plus your organization and phone number if you choose to share them. We use them only to reply to you about Digital Pin Board. To limit spam we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet connection address, used only to count how many messages arrive from one connection.

Lobby screens and your browser

A lobby TV stores a random device code so the venue can see how many screens are online. The site also saves small settings in your browser, such as a lobby screen's chosen board or sample visits on the demo board. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Where data is kept

Board entries and messages are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. They process this information for us to run the service. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Children

Anyone can add a pin with just a state or country. If you are under 13, please leave your name out, or uncheck "Show my entry on the public board".
